11 months!

Tenley is 11 months old!  Seriously, where has the time gone?  It is crazy how quickly time has gone!  She is the sweetest, funniest, happiest little gal i've ever known!  She brings so much happiness to our lives!

A Scaring We Will Go....

We have some pretty fun Halloweeen traditions.  We start with a Jack-o-Lantern pizza from Papa Murpheys (the line was outrageous), then we watch, It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown,  after that we dressed Tenley in her cute costume and went trick or treating at Grandma & Grandpa's house.  Her grandma even had a cute little surprise for her.  We had a fun night.

Employee of the Month

Tyler was chosen as the employee of the month for the month of October.  We are so so proud of him.  There are over 360 employees, so this is quite the accomplishment.  He says its no big deal, but I know better.  He is so smart and can pretty much do anything.  We went to City Hall to accept the award.  His boss came up and said some pretty nice things about him.  We are sure grateful to have such a smart, hardworking husband.  He always makes sure we are taken care of.  He wouldn't let me take pictures during the meeting so I had to settle for one of him reading the card after:)

Deer Hunt 2012

This last weekend we went out to West Canyon to spend some time camping and hunting with Tyler's family.  The weather was gorgeous.  We had a great time hunting, hiking, riding horses, camping, eating, sitting by the fire, and hanging out with family!  Tenley enjoyed every second with her grandma and grandpa!  Tenley even wore Tyler's old sweatshirt from when he used to camp at West Canyon.  We are pretty darn lucky to have such great people in our lives!  Until next year!

Fall is in the air...

I absolutely LOVE this time of year.  I love the cooler weather, the changing leaves, and of course, the holidays!  We have been busy and I have neglected my blog.  I hate when I get behind because I love knowing that I have captured memories forever.  So, I am going to try to do some catching up.

So far we have:

Celebrated 4 years of marriage! WOW!  I'm lucky to be married to such a great guy, seriously one of the best!  In 4 years we have done alot and accomplished much.  One of the greatest things that happened to us was getting our sweet little Tenley!  I'm amazed at how much having her has made me love Ty more.  All I can say is that he gets it, he's a great dad!  These were delivered to my door on our anniversary, again, he gets it!  Love him, and am excited about the rest of our lives.

 

 

Decorated for Halloween.  Halloween is one of my favorites.  I can't wait to dress Tenley up and visit friends!  I also love this time of year for crafting.  There are so many great ideas out there, in fact, i've got a list a mile long of craft ideas.  I need to get on that.  But I was able to make the burlap plaques.  I love how they turned out.

 



Enjoyed the Fall weather.  We drove down to Fairview to set up a tent for the elk hunt.  It was beautiful down there and the weather was, oh so perfect!  It was nice to go for a little drive and witness the changing leaves and cool weather.  Tenley and I stayed home while Ty went hunting.  It was a nice little getaway for us all;)

Played with our favorite dog .  This girl loves her Grandpa's dog, Gypsy.  She climbs on her and pulls on her hair.  The dog just lays there like a loyal friend.

 

Took some adorable Fall photos.  And of course we had to take a break to play with our favorite guy for a bit.

 

 



We've really taken to food.  Real food that is.  She never would eat baby food.  She's a girl after her own mom's heart;)  Her favorites are cheese crisps, beans, eggs, and french fries.

 

 

Oh, and we also turned 10 months old, got some new toys,  and are learning to walk.  She is one smart cookie.  We have to watch her so close because the girl has NO fear.  None.  She climbs anything and everything and is always so proud.  P.S.  I made the cute little blocks.  An idea from pinterest.  She loves them.
