Catch up!

Playing a little catch up after the holiday season.  Unfortunately I lost all of my Christmas pictures:(  I took family pictures for my siblings while home and somewhere in the shuffle the Christmas day pictures dissapeared. So I'll post what I have.  We went to Arizona for Christmas and had a great time.  It was a long drive but Tenley did great!  We bought her a new car seat for the trip and she has made herself right at home in it.  It's a pretty funny sight considering how little she is.  She just hunkers down, crosses her legs and is set for the journey.  Ty got a new drill and I got an awesome ice cream maker (with a sprinkle dispenser)!!  Tenley got a shopping cart, baby, piano, dominoes, bubbles, and a rocking horse.  Her Grandma & Grandpa Nix got her a cute pair of overalls, and a little people car.  Her Grandma & Grandpa Thomas got her a purse filled with little people and a vanity play set!  Basically she got WAY to much!  She is spoiled and she knows it!  It's nice to have so many people who love her!

 Also, Tenley turned ONE!!  It's amazing how quickly time has flown.  She is hilarious, sweet, and OH SO wild!!  She is beyond busy, and doesn't slow down for a second.  She loves to farm with her Grandpa and play with her Grandma!  If she could be anywhere it would either be at Grandma's house or down on the farm.  She's got life pretty much figured out ;) 

11 months!

Tenley is 11 months old!  Seriously, where has the time gone?  It is crazy how quickly time has gone!  She is the sweetest, funniest, happiest little gal i've ever known!  She brings so much happiness to our lives!

A Scaring We Will Go....

We have some pretty fun Halloweeen traditions.  We start with a Jack-o-Lantern pizza from Papa Murpheys (the line was outrageous), then we watch, It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown,  after that we dressed Tenley in her cute costume and went trick or treating at Grandma & Grandpa's house.  Her grandma even had a cute little surprise for her.  We had a fun night.

Employee of the Month

Tyler was chosen as the employee of the month for the month of October.  We are so so proud of him.  There are over 360 employees, so this is quite the accomplishment.  He says its no big deal, but I know better.  He is so smart and can pretty much do anything.  We went to City Hall to accept the award.  His boss came up and said some pretty nice things about him.  We are sure grateful to have such a smart, hardworking husband.  He always makes sure we are taken care of.  He wouldn't let me take pictures during the meeting so I had to settle for one of him reading the card after:)

Deer Hunt 2012

This last weekend we went out to West Canyon to spend some time camping and hunting with Tyler's family.  The weather was gorgeous.  We had a great time hunting, hiking, riding horses, camping, eating, sitting by the fire, and hanging out with family!  Tenley enjoyed every second with her grandma and grandpa!  Tenley even wore Tyler's old sweatshirt from when he used to camp at West Canyon.  We are pretty darn lucky to have such great people in our lives!  Until next year!
